All abstract submission has now closed!

To submit your abstract, please follow the instructions below and on the linked abstract submission website.

Note that you must “Preview” your abstract using the button at the bottom of the second and third submission screens, to check that it is formatted correctly (use the “Insert Formatting” dropdown menus to insert paragraph breaks etc.).

Before going to the abstract website, you need:

1. Your own contact details
2. A title <120 characters, including spaces (approx 16 words)
3. An abstract <1700 characters, including spaces (approx 250 words)
4. A short summary of the paper as a “Contents Snapshot” <300 characters, including spaces (approx 50 words)
5. The address and email details of your co-authors
6. An idea of which sessions you would like your presentation to be in (see the Programme page for provisional list of topics) – you can also specify “Any other topic” if none apply.
7. Please see the example styles for title, abstract format, and contents snapshot.
